What happens when your account is deleted
Within thirty (30) days of a verified request, we permanently:
- Disable your login and revoke all access to the Viatrix Portal and mobile app.
- Delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal information — name, email address, phone number, profile photo, driver's license (CDL) details, personal preferences, and device identifiers.
What is retained: business and operational records — shipment records, invoices, delivery documents, and route history — are kept in de-identified form that is no longer linked to you, because they belong to the business operations of the companies that transacted through our services. Records required by tax, transportation, and safety laws are kept for their legally mandated periods. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If your account was created by your employer or the motor carrier you drive for, that organization controls the account, and we may confirm your request with them. Deleting your account does not affect their business records.
Submit a deletion request
Enter the email address associated with your account. We will send a 6-digit verification code to confirm you own it.
